Our ciders are handcrafted by traditional method. They are also very refreshing, gluten free and have a low alcohol content (7.5% by volume).
BRUT NATURE 2017
Our Brut Nature cider is completely dry (with no residual sugar).
It shows a bright golden color with tiny and persistent bubbles that come from its second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method, also known as méthode champenoise.

Our Brut or off dry version has roughly 8 grs residual sugar, which gives it a round feeling on the palate.
Of similar color as Brut Nature and with the same fine bubbles that come from the bottle conditioning.
